Q: KC2 won’t turn on after hours of charging, red light flashes, screen goes black immediately after powering on. What should I do?
A: Please refer to our operation video first, record a video following the steps (installing the battery, charging, powering on) and send it to us. If the operation is confirmed correct but it still doesn’t work, we will arrange a replacement for you.
1.2 Version & Function Description
Q: The “Retro Filter” name on KC2 is incorrect?
A: In version 3.0, the correct name for the retro filter is “Sepia”. This is the normal display after the version update.
Q: What’s the difference between KC2 and KF2?
A: They mainly differ in appearance; functions are basically the same. You can choose based on personal preference.
1.3 Battery & Usage
Q: Is it normal for the battery level indicator to jump (false power)?
A: Yes, slight jumps in the battery level during charging or use are normal. If the camera can be used for 30–50 minutes after the red light goes off, the battery is functioning normally.
Q: How to install the red battery?
A: Please make sure the black small buckle is fastened securely to ensure proper battery installation for charging.

Q: How to record video with KC2?
A: Press the middle OK button to switch to video mode, then press the shutter button once to start recording.

2.1 Power On & Charging Issues
Q: The red light doesn’t turn on after installing the battery in KF3, and it won’t power on?
A: Please try the following steps:
Check if the power button is stuck, press it several times;
Try changing the charger adapter;
If it still doesn’t work, we will arrange a replacement for you.
Q: What should I do if KF3 won’t charge?
A: Please reinstall the battery to ensure it’s correctly placed. If it still doesn’t work, please provide a video, and we will assist you further.
2.2 Screen & Display Issues
Q: The screen is black but the flash lights up?
A: It might be that the DISP button was accidentally pressed, turning off the screen. Please remove the battery and restart. If it still doesn’t work, we will arrange a replacement.
Q: What should I do if the screen shows distortion after taking a photo?
A: Remove the battery and memory card, power on without the card and take a photo. If it’s normal, the issue is with the memory card; if distortion persists, it’s a camera issue. We will replace the corresponding part for you.
2.3 Function Settings
Q: KF3 cannot switch resolution?
A: Please insert a memory card first to set the resolution.
Q: What to do if KF3 screen flickers?
A: It might be due to indoor lighting frequency. Please test outdoors in sunlight, or try adjusting the 50Hz/60Hz setting.
2.4 Memory Card & Formatting
Q: Does it need formatting when used for the first time?
A: Yes, a new memory card needs to be formatted before it can save photos and videos normally. Please note: formatting will delete all data.

3.1 Battery & Battery Life
Q: KF4 runs out of power in less than 10 minutes?
A: Please confirm whether the battery is securely fastened. If the battery cannot be fastened properly, it may be a battery issue. We will arrange a battery replacement for you.

4.1 Connection & Transfer
Q: Photos downloaded from KP2 are not in the phone album?
A: Photos need to be downloaded to the APP first, then saved to the phone album from the APP’s “Local Files”. It’s a two-step process.
Q: How to connect KP2 to WiFi?

4.2 Function Issues
Q: KP2 recorded video has noise?
A: The camera microphone does not have noise reduction function, so ambient sounds will be recorded. This is normal.
Q: KP2 cannot zoom in/out?
A: Press the T button to zoom in first, then the W button to zoom out. Do not hold the shutter button while operating. If it still doesn’t work, try restoring factory settings.

5.1 Power On Issue
Q: KP4 screen is black on startup?
A: Please remove the battery and memory card, reinstall the battery (without card) or restore factory settings. If it still doesn’t work, please provide the version number on the bottom of the camera, and we will assist you.

6.1 Hardware Issue
Q: The lens of KPV camera easily falls off?
A: If the lens falls off, please provide photos, and we will arrange a replacement camera for you.

A: Please remove the memory card, press and hold the reset hole with a pin for 5 seconds, then try to power on. If it still doesn’t work, please provide an operation video, and we will arrange a replacement.

Q: KA2 screen turns off automatically during video recording?
A: Please set “Auto Screensaver” to “off” in the settings.
Q: How to connect KA2 to WiFi?
